    WHH Safety Huddle is ONE today!

    WHH's Safety Huddle is one year old today! Staff from all wards/services/depts 'huddle' for 15mins each morning and has seen 376 alerts/information shared, 156 challenges and solutions sorted, 14 Halt moments dealt with and 206 lovely Bright Spots celebrated. This fantastic patient safety initiative has been shortlisted in the prestigous national Patient Safety Awards to be announced in Manchester in July as well as being finalists in the Safety and Health Excellence Awards and the - thank you #TeamWHH for making WHH even safer for our patients!!
