All of our trust board meetings are held in public and any member of the public or staff can attend as an observer to listen to the meeting.
You can find dates of upcoming meetings and papers and minutes from previous meetings on this page.
What happens at the board meeting?
At the meetings, reports are received on trust performance and key strategic issues and decisions. Major policies are also presented to the trust board. The chairman and chief executive also give a verbal update. Discussions take place and questions are raised by non-executive directors on the topics.
The meetings take place bi-monthly except for August and December. We make our papers available on this page in advance of the board meeting. Minutes of each meeting are ratified at the following meeting.

Our board meetings became public in April 2013 so this page provides links to meetings from that date. We aim to publish the papers for the board meeting at the start of the week of that meeting so you can view them in advance. Minutes of meetings are published following their ratification at the next board meeting.
