Mrs Singhal is a Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon at Warrington and Halton NHS FT since 2020. Prior to this she worked at Southport and Ormskirk Hospital for nine years.

Mrs Singhal completed her initial training and master’s degree in Ophthalmology in India. On moving to the UK, she went on to specialise further in Medical Retina and Cataract surgery and became a Fellow of Royal College of Ophthalmologists. 

She specialises in age related macular degeneration (AMD), macular diseases, diabetic eye disease, inflammatory eye disease, retinal vascular disease and cataract surgery.

Mrs Singhal offers a range of treatments including intravitreal injections and laser therapy. She performs routine and complex cataract operations at Warrington Hospital. In addition, she offers treatment for dry eye disease, blepharitis, eyelid lumps and cysts, emergency eye conditions and eye trauma.

Mrs Singhal has led number of quality improvement projects and clinical audits. She also enjoys teaching and training junior doctors as a clinical supervisor.
