Dr Qaffaf received his training in Care of Elderly Medicine at Mersey Deanery; rotating in the main hospital of the region.
- Dr Qaffaf is interested in Dementia, Delirium Based on the Forget me Not Unit; ward B12 at Warrington Hospital. He also has a close relationship with the Memory Team and Memory Clinic at Merseyside Old Age Psychiatry. Dr Qaffaf has experience in running memory clinics for assessment, investigations with management and support for Dementia patients.
- Dr Qaffaf has an interest in Orthogeriatrics, he reviews all patients with Neck of Femur Fracture aged 60 years and above. That includes a comprehensive geriatric assessment including bone health as well.
