Dr Moukas trained and qualified in cardiology in Greece (Onassis Cardiac Surgery Centre). He received further sub-specialty training for 3 years in Edinburgh (RIE) and Manchester (Wythenshawe Hospital) on medical imaging of the heart (Cardiac ultrasound and Cardiac CT). He has a special interest in heart valve conditions, their medical imaging and long-term follow up.  He is a member of numerous societies keeping up with new developments on the fields of the specialty and subspecialty. He hopes to make the difference for patients.
