From Monday 15th April to Thursday 18th April, across Halton, Knowsley, St Helens and Warrington we’ll be live in services across the area to highlight the different NHS services available and to give people a glimpse into life at the front line of the NHS. This will also be supported with social media messaging throughout the Bank Holiday period. Importantly, the campaign also asks members of the public to get involved and help our doctors and nurses help the sickest patients by:

 Having a well-stocked home medicine cabinet to treat many day to day illnesses at home

• Choosing the most appropriate service when you feel unwell
• Looking after themselves and others and checking on frail or older neighbours or relatives, especially those living alone or who have serious illnesses to make sure they are safe, warm and well
• When loved ones no longer need hospital care collect them as soon as they are discharged to make beds available for the patient who needs it most
