Patients who have used our diagnostics services at the Halton Health Hub at Runcorn Shopping City are being encouraged to share their feedback through a national patient survey.
Your feedback helps us understand what's working well and where we can make improvements to provide the best possible experience for our patients.
If you have recently visited the hub, please take 10 minutes to complete the 'Community Diagnostic Centres: Patient Survey 2026'.
All responses are completely confidential and will help shape future services.
If you need any assistance or would like further information, please speak to a member of staff who will be happy to help.
