A competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package. For various role we also offer pay enhancements on top of your basic salary for out-of-hours, shift and overtime working.
Holiday entitlement starts at 27 days per year, rising to 29 days after five years’ service and 33 days after 10 years’ service, plus eight bank holidays.

Freedom To Speak Up
The Freedom To Speak Up Team invites staff from across the Trust to get involved in supporting FTSU as champions. Having champions from across the Trust from as many professions, grades and backgrounds helps to make the service accessible to all. The team is there to listen to concerns that any staff and volunteers have, to help signpost and support finding resolution to their issues.
At WHH we are proud to support our workforce in a number of ways. We have a menopause support group onsite at both Warrington and Halton which is a peer support network for our staff to help one another, learn about signs and symptoms in an informal support group setting. Staff will also have the opportunity to listen to experts on a range of topics to help our staff through the menopause.
