Dr Farag is passionate about prevention and public health education. Launched in 2016, his SmartHeart School campaign, has educated over 4,500 primary school children about the heart and how to keep it healthy.
He strongly believes in a holistic approach to heart health and focuses particularly on environmental factors, diet, exercise, stress and sleep to optimise heart health and outcomes.
