If you have been given an outpatient appointment at the hospitals and are unable to attend for whatever reason you can use the form below.

It is really important that you let us know of any changes as soon as possible. This means we can offer the original appointment to another patient.

The aim is to increase the number of patients who have the opportunity to participate in research and to play our role enhance the nation’s attractiveness as a host for research.

The National Institute for Health, has obligated the trust to report on the performance of clinical trials, providing information on the duration from the receipt of valid research application to the recruitment of first patient against 70-day benchmark and recruitment to time and target. These details may be found in the tables below.
